Amy Brooks, APRN-CNP 

Amy Brooks APRN-CNP, a lifelong resident of Edmond, joined the practice of Optimal Health Associates in 2017. Amy brings with her over 19 years of cumulative women's health care experience.

After receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2000, she developed a love for obstetrics as an RN. Amy has always been passionate about partnering with women in their health care decisions. This passion led her to pursue a Masters of Science-Nursing Degree in Women's Health, in 2006, at Seton Hall University.

Amy firmly believes in holistic health, recognizing the importance of a woman's emotional and spiritual well being on their physical bodies. She strives to empower women to make their own decisions and hopes to assist each one she meets to be the best version of their unique self.

Amy is blessed by her fun-loving husband of 19 years, her sweet reserved son, and her fearless energetic daughter. Amy enjoys a wide variety of music and movies and traveling with her family.
