If you prefer using your computer to schedule or reschedule appointments, you can access Healow Open Access by clicking this link.
Select “book an appointment.” Enter your Provider name and select search. A list of available appointments will be displayed.

Click “View your health record.”
Enter practice code “CJBCDD.”
Click select and log into the patient portal.
