Covid-19 Supplements Prevention

Zinc Gluconate or Zinc Picolinate : ALWAYS TAKE WITH FOOD. 

ADULTS

50 mg daily if over 125lbs

30 mg daily if between 100-125lbs

15 mg daily if less than 100lbs

10 mg daily for children

Once on zinc 4-6 weeks go to every other day.

MELATONIN

1-2 mg nightly 

VITAMIN D 

5000 units daily with a meal or Omega 3 fish oil

MULTIVITAMIN 

daily

OMEGA 3 FISH OIL

Baby aspirin daily x 6 weeks unless allergic or not permitted by a medical provider. 

May take Tylenol or acetaminophen 

Everyone over 100 pounds regardless of exposure should be taking zinc & melatonin. If anyone starts to have any cold or flu like symptoms including but not exclusively fever, cough, sore throat, or respiratory symptoms: increase zinc to 1/hour for 4 hours (200mg...WITH FOOD) then skip the zinc for 2 days. 

POST COVID 19 INFECTION SUPPLEMENTS 

1)MILD to SEVERE INFECTION WITH NO CONTINUING SIDE EFFECTS:

Maintain supplements as above.

Vitamin C 2000mg daily

2)MILD to SEVERE INFECTION WITH CONTINUING SIDE EFFECTS:

Maintain supplements as above.

Add:

Vitamin C 2000mg daily

N-Acetyl Cysteine 600-1200 mg daily

Methyl-Folate 2-4 mg daily

B12 100mcg daily

OMEGA 3 Fish Oil 1200-1500 mg daily.

Consider IV Vitamin therapy with Glutathione.
