Optimal Health Team
Noel R. Williams, MD
Dr. Noel R. Williams earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Emory University in Atlanta before completing medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center and went on to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Williams is affiliated with Oklahoma Sports Science and Orthopedics, where he specializes in gynecology. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He currently serves as Chief of Staff at Northwest Surgical Hospital and is a past president of the Oklahoma County Obstetrics and Gynecology Society.
Known for his thoughtful and empathetic approach to care, Dr. Williams values helping patients navigate complex health decisions with clarity and compassion. Outside of medicine, he enjoys reading science fiction, exercising, and spending time with his wife and their four sons on family ski and snowboarding trips.
Elisa Sparkes, DO
Dr. Elisa Sparkes is a board-certified gynecologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She specializes in menopause and midlife health, providing individualized care to help women navigate hormonal changes, gynecologic concerns, and the physical and emotional transitions that occur during this stage of life.
Dr. Sparkes earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Florida and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Oklahoma State College of Osteopathic Medicine at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Her professional memberships include the American Osteopathic Association and the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association.
Outside the office, Dr. Sparkes enjoys traveling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Dr. Justin Sparkes, their children, and their Siberian cat, Sapphira.
Abbey Ronck Krahl, PA-C
Abbey Ronck Krahl, PA-C, earned her Master of Health Science from the University of Oklahoma Physician Associate Program and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She scored in the 99th percentile on the national certification exam (PANCE).
Prior to attending the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Abbey received her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University, graduating cum laude. She is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants.
Abbey enjoys caring for women at every stage of life—from adolescence through menopause—and believes that the best medicine combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion and understanding.
Shannan Carmouche, PA-C
Shannan Carmouche, PA-C, earned her Master of Health Science from the University of Oklahoma Physician Assistant Program in 2001, graduating with Special Distinction.
She began her career in general and vascular surgery, providing surgical and inpatient care at Southwest Medical Center and the Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma for eight years. She later transitioned to emergency medicine at Deaconess Hospital before joining HPI in 2012 and expanding her experience in orthopedic medicine and outpatient care.
Shannan has completed advanced continuing education through programs at Northwestern University School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, the Medical University of South Carolina, and the Arizona Heart Foundation. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains advanced life support certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
She is passionate about delivering compassionate, personalized care and is especially excited to focus on both men’s and women’s health at Optimal Health Associates.
Amy Brooks, APRN-CNP
Amy Brooks, APRN-CNP, joined Optimal Health Associates in 2017 and brings nearly two decades of experience in women’s healthcare.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2000 and developed a strong interest in obstetrics while working as a registered nurse. She later pursued her Master of Science in Nursing in Women’s Health from Seton Hall University in 2006.
Amy believes strongly in a holistic approach to healthcare, recognizing the connection between emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. She is passionate about empowering women to actively participate in their healthcare decisions and supporting them through every stage of life.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, music, movies, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Casey Butts, APRN
Casey Butts, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with national board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma in 2010, graduating with honors. After working as a registered nurse in emergency medicine, Casey pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Oklahoma, which she completed in 2014.
Before joining Optimal Health Associates in 2021, Casey spent more than six years practicing in urgent care. She is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality care and enjoys partnering with patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that support their long-term health goals.
Phong Dang, PA-C
Phong Dang, PA-C, provides endocrine-focused care at Optimal Health Associates, with clinical experience in diabetes management, thyroid conditions, hormone therapy, and medical weight management.
He earned his Physician Assistant degree from Oklahoma City University in 2020 and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Originally from Vietnam, Phong moved to the United States at the age of 20 and developed a strong interest in advanced healthcare and endocrinology.
Phong is passionate about helping patients understand their conditions and empowering them to take an active role in managing their health. He believes that effective treatment plans must be individualized to each patient’s lifestyle and goals and enjoys working closely with patients to create strategies that support long-term wellness.
Shannon Medley, PA-C
Shannon Medley, PA-C, earned her Master of Health Science from the University of Oklahoma Physician Associate Program. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Oklahoma and practiced as a Registered Dietitian prior to becoming a Physician Assistant.
Shannon brings more than 15 years of experience in primary care and additional experience in interventional pain management. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants.
She is passionate about caring for patients across all stages of life and believes in a holistic approach that integrates traditional medical care with regenerative and wellness-focused treatments.
A lifelong Oklahoma City resident, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two sons, traveling, attending OU sporting events, and skiing in Colorado.
Meredith Bolt, PA-C
Meredith Storm Bolt, PA-C, graduated with a Masters of Health Sciences in Physician Associate studies from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Associates
Meredith has been devoted to providing primary care and family medicine services to patients since 2016. Prior to healthcare, she enjoyed a career in hospitality management, a degree she earned from Oklahoma State University.
She is passionate about providing the best, most comprehensive care to patients, building relationships, listening to patients, and meeting their needs throughout their lives. She has a special interest in preventative care and helping patients understand their conditions and bodies to make the best possible decisions for their health.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dog – an AussieDoodle named Murphy. She loves to travel, she’s always reading, and enjoys creativity through cooking, sewing, and painting. She has recently started learning golf, quickly understanding her husband’s obsession with the sport.
Kristin Ikerd, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Kristin Ikerd, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a lifelong Oklahoman and Edmond resident dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma in 2021 and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Oklahoma in 2025, graduating with special distinction.
Her clinical experience includes urgent care, family medicine, women’s preventive health, hormone therapy, and integrative wellness, allowing her to care for patients across the lifespan.
Kristin is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing thoughtful, personalized care that supports their health and well-being at every stage of life.

Kevyn Kennedy, ND
Naturopathic Doctor
Kevyn Kennedy, ND, is a naturopathic doctor dedicated to supporting patients through natural and integrative approaches to health and wellness. She holds certifications as a Certified Natural Health Professional, Certified Body Ecologist, and Certified NAET Practitioner.
Dr. Kennedy specializes in identifying underlying causes of health concerns and developing personalized care plans that support the body’s natural healing processes. Her work often focuses on addressing sensitivities, allergies, and overall wellness through non-invasive, drug-free approaches.
Heather Wagner, NP
Aesthetics
Heather Wagner, NP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of experience in the medical field. She specializes in aesthetic and wellness treatments designed to enhance natural beauty and support overall well-being.
Her clinical expertise includes dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxers, PDO thread lifts, RF microneedling with Morpheus8™, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), weight management, and thyroid care.
Heather is known for her attentive and personalized approach to care. She works closely with each patient to understand their goals and develop treatment plans that deliver natural-looking, confidence-boosting results.
Trish Parmalee, PA
Aesthetics
Trish Pamalee, PA, brings more than 25 years of experience as a Physician Assistant and over five years of experience in the aesthetics field. She is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, balanced results and believes that combining multiple treatments often provides the most effective aesthetic outcomes.
At Optimal Aesthetics, Trish enjoys working with a wide range of treatments to help patients look and feel their best. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading and spending time with her cats.
Rachel Schnider, RN
Aesthetics
Rachel Schnider, RN, has more than 10 years of nursing experience, including eight years specializing in aesthetics and bioidentical hormone therapy. She also brings experience in emergency medicine, providing her with a well-rounded clinical background.
Her specialties include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, laser treatments, IV vitamin therapy, bioidentical hormones, and advanced skincare treatments.
Rachel enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, natural-looking results through personalized treatment plans. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing league volleyball, reading science fiction, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Lori Luker, RN
Vitality
Lori Luker, RN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Nazarene University. She began her nursing career in emergency medicine, where she developed extensive experience in IV therapy, critical care, and patient-centered treatment.
At Optimal Health Vitality, Lori specializes in IV therapy and focuses on providing safe, comfortable treatments while educating patients on therapies that support overall wellness and recovery.
She enjoys building relationships with patients and exploring holistic approaches to healthcare. Outside the office, Lori enjoys church activities, journaling, oil painting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Tahlor Strauss, RN
Tahlor Strauss, RN, was born and raised in Oklahoma and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University, where she was also a member of the university’s track and field team. She began her nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where she spent two and a half years caring for critically ill patients and developing strong clinical judgment in a high-acuity environment.
Her experience in the PICU provided a solid clinical foundation and strengthened her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Tahlor enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and family, reading, and prioritizing her own health and fitness. She is passionate about holistic healing and is dedicated to supporting the overall well-being of the patients she serves—mind, body, and soul.
Stormy Benjamin, MA
Vitality
Stormy Benjamin has been a valued member of the Optimal Health team for nine years. Throughout her time with the practice, she has developed extensive experience across clinical, aesthetic, and regenerative medicine.
Her primary focus is Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy and regenerative treatments, where she has built strong expertise in helping patients manage both acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Stormy is also highly knowledgeable in advanced therapies such as human cellular tissue products and ozone therapy, and she plays an important role in supporting a variety of specialized procedures.
To further expand her ability to support patient recovery and wellness, Stormy recently obtained her massage therapy license, allowing her to integrate additional hands-on therapeutic techniques into patient care.
Dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth, Stormy actively pursues opportunities to deepen her knowledge and refine her skills in the evolving field of health and wellness. Her goal is always to help patients move, heal, and feel their best.
Meredith Mack
Licensed Aesthetician – Aesthetics
Meredith Mack is a Licensed Aesthetician known for creating personalized skincare experiences that combine advanced treatments with a relaxing, spa-like environment. She specializes in customized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
Meredith offers a range of services including advanced facials, laser therapies, and tailored skincare treatments. Her approach focuses on understanding each patient’s unique skin concerns and developing thoughtful treatment plans that deliver visible, lasting results.
Originally from New Jersey, Meredith moved to Oklahoma in 1999. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Central Oklahoma before pursuing her career in aesthetics. Her background in both patient care and business allows her to deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience.
Caroline Gibson
Licensed Aesthetician – Aesthetics
Caroline Gibson is a Licensed Aesthetician and graduate of Central Oklahoma College with a passion for helping patients achieve healthier, more confident skin. Her interest in aesthetics began through her own experiences with acne, which inspired her dedication to helping others manage and improve their skin.
Caroline provides customized treatments including advanced facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, waxing, and acne-focused therapies. She takes a results-driven yet compassionate approach, tailoring every treatment to the individual needs and goals of each client.
She is especially passionate about educating patients on skincare routines and products so they can feel confident caring for their skin between treatments. Outside the treatment room, Caroline enjoys staying up to date on new skincare technologies and continuing education within the aesthetics field.
Carmen Nelson, MA
Aesthetics
Carmen Nelson brings nearly a decade of experience in the aesthetics field. She assists providers with laser procedures, injectable treatments, and body-contouring services while helping ensure each patient receives attentive and thorough care.
Her role includes preparing patients for procedures, assisting with injectable treatments, administering weight loss injections, and educating patients on proper pre- and post-treatment care. Carmen also supports treatments such as Emsculpt and other advanced aesthetic technologies.
She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
Zoee Garis, MA
Medical Assistant
Zoee Garis joined Optimal Health in 2023 as a Medical Assistant. Originally from Pennsylvania, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Alvernia University before moving to Oklahoma to be closer to family and begin her career in healthcare.
At Optimal Health, Zoee assists with clinical procedures, administers IM injections, and supports patient care across a variety of regenerative medicine and IV therapy treatments.
She plans to continue her education in nursing and looks forward to expanding her role in patient care. Zoee enjoys working closely with patients and learning new aspects of integrative medicine.
Connie Harris
Patient Care Coordinator
Connie Harris serves as a Patient Care Coordinator and plays a key role in welcoming and assisting patients throughout their experience at Optimal Health. With a strong background in customer service and scheduling, she helps ensure the clinic operates smoothly while providing a warm and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Previously, Connie managed a locally owned women’s boutique, where she developed a passion for personalized service and relationship-building. Her positive energy and professionalism help create the welcoming atmosphere that patients experience when they first arrive.
Amy Ison
Patient Care Coordinator – Aesthetics
Amy Ison has worked in the aesthetics industry since 2001 and is often the first friendly face patients see when they arrive at Optimal Aesthetics. She is passionate about skincare, patient care, and helping clients feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.
Amy stays up to date on the latest aesthetic treatments and skincare innovations so she can help guide patients through their treatment options and ensure a smooth experience.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach or lake, and caring for animals.
