Why Choose Optimal Health for Your Imaging
Convenience That Saves You Time
Your ultrasound is performed in the same location where you receive your healthcare—no need for separate referrals, appointments at outside facilities, or coordinating between multiple providers. Many imaging needs can be addressed the same day as your office visit, saving you valuable time and additional trips.
Seamless Integration With Your Care
Because your imaging is done in-house, results are immediately available to your care team. This means faster diagnosis, quicker treatment decisions, and no delays waiting for records to transfer between facilities. Your providers already understand your health history and can interpret results in the full context of your care.
Expert Care in a Trusted Setting
Your ultrasound is performed by skilled sonographers in a comfortable environment where you’re already known and trusted. There’s no need to repeat your medical history or feel like just another number at a busy imaging center. Our team prioritizes your comfort and takes time to answer your questions.
Comprehensive Diagnostic Capabilities
From women’s health imaging to vascular studies, abdominal evaluations, and specialized scans, we offer a full range of ultrasound services. Whether you need routine screening or detailed diagnostic imaging, our comprehensive capabilities support every aspect of your healthcare needs.
Flexible, Timely Scheduling
We prioritize getting you in quickly when imaging is needed. Unlike outside facilities where you might wait weeks for an appointment, our in-house services mean faster access to the diagnostic information you and your provider need to move forward with your care plan.
What our clients say
“Life changing! Dr. Williams is the doctor that goes that extra mile! He is the one that listens, makes a plan, and works his brilliance to make you feel ‘happy again’. He changed my life over a year ago, is working with my husband, and daughter so that we all are healthy and with the overall end result “feel happy”. He and his staff are top notch! Don’t look any further and go visit him. You will be thankful you did!”
“Dr. Williams, Abbey, Christina, the nurses, and all the staff members are the best I have EVER dealt with. They have ruined me for all other doctors and staff because I now have high expectations. I am so thankful for the care I’ve received from this staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
“I was honestly dreading the process of searching, finding, and seeing a new doctor. My experience with Dr. Williams exceeded what I could have possibly hoped for! In the first 30 seconds I had to try to pick my jaw up off the floor as I listened to him explain exactly what had been going on with me, why, and what he could do. I was previously told by another doctor that nothing else could be done with my issues. It turns out I was previously misdiagnosed and that there is hope, that I will find relief, and that things will get better! My second appointment I also met with Abby and she was attentive, sharp, and thorough. I finally feel like I’m in good hands and that I am receiving top notch care.”
“I have struggled with Neurogenic bowel and bladder for the last 7 years due to a spinal cord malformation. I’ve had to self-cath regularly during this time. Dr. Noel Williams of Optimal Health has changed my life. The Emsella Chair Therapy, along with his other treatments, has enabled me to enjoy a much better quality of life. I haven’t used a self-catheter in over two months now. I consider this a Godsend. Thank you Noel.”
“I heard of this group from a couple of my friends, and I’m so grateful that i did, because once I experienced the practice I’m a huge fan. They understand women’s needs, and help many women who think there’s no solution. And their bedside manner is fantastic. You feel like a real human being, and your needs are heard. They spend time with you and address any issues or questions. Highly recommend!!! “
“The Optimal Health/Vitality is excellent! I’ve come here as both a patient and a sales representative, and every experience has been wonderful. I’ve had two IVs and felt amazing after, and V made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Dr. Williams and their entire team are phenomenal—so professional, caring, and dedicated to excellent patient care, education, and customer service. Highly recommend!”

Our Story
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral or doctor's order for an ultrasound?
Yes, ultrasounds are diagnostic procedures that require a physician’s order. If you’re already a patient at Optimal Health, your provider can order your ultrasound during your appointment. If you’re referred from an outside physician, please bring your order with you.
How long does an ultrasound take?
Most ultrasound examinations take between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the type of study being performed. Our sonographers work efficiently while ensuring we capture the detailed images needed for accurate diagnosis.
When will I receive my results?
Because your imaging is performed in-house, results are typically available much faster than at outside facilities. Your provider will review the findings with you and discuss any necessary next steps, often within days of your appointment.
What should I bring to my ultrasound appointment?
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any previous imaging studies from other facilities. Having prior images allows our radiologist to make valuable comparisons and track changes over time.
Is ultrasound imaging safe?
Yes, ultrasound is a safe, non-invasive imaging technique that uses sound waves rather than radiation. It’s suitable for patients of all ages and is commonly used during pregnancy because of its excellent safety profile.
